You said that second tear candidates can't win a party's nomination because time has passed. I said, with sarcasm, that I guess that good men shouldn't try.

We need conservatives to fight for nominations at every level all over the country. If only those folks who have been anointed by the media as worthy are considered viable, then what are we going to get?

You are entitled to your opinion, and I applaud it. That does not mean I am obligated to follow you. I voted straight Pubbie last time. Does that make you feel better? So if you manage to get your guy nominated, then you've done well. Would you refuse to vote for a conservative nominee?
