Well, just the "Conduct unbecoming an officer" charge would have gotten him there.....and I'm pretty sure there was some other stuff, but again, it wasn't my case...
Thanks for the response - I just couldn't see what he did as being criminal enough to land him in jail - it kind of shocked me. I HOPE that didn't happen, as that should not be construed as criminal; otherwise, a lot of us would be in a whole lotta trouble (not saying any more), unless, as you said, there were other mitigating factors.
