While I can't agree to force any medical procedure on anyone, I do share your sentiment.

LSM, you voiced the very concern I had. The fact that this is so much more expensive leads me to think a GYN exam would possibly be in order first. After all, they've already said the vaccine is much more potent when the girl's 'not been exposed' to HPV (i.e. psssst, she's a virgin!)
