I'm voting for Hunter in the primary and Giuliani in the general.

That seems to be the way it is shaping up, at this moment.

I'm hoping to vote for Newt in both.

"I'm voting for Hunter in the primary and Giuliani in the general"

That's a good plan. Vote with your heart in the primary and vote with your head in the general.

I'm just going to vote for Giuliani in both elections.

Giuliani can't win if people like you and I vote for Hunter in the primary. You may not think Hunter can win (I do) but to be nominated at the convention Giuliani is going to need SUPPORT among GOP-die-hards, and he doesn't have it. The fair-weather rah-rah's are sending his numbers up, but the people who organize and turnout in the primaries and caucuses are not there for him.

Interesting point. I too will support Rudy but I would love him to pick a good solid conserv as VP choice. A Hunter, Santorum, Huckabee and even Newt. That might be some baggage but the South would support Newt and Huckabee. Rudy could win NJ, Pa. and if he could keep the South, he will beat Her Highness.
