Read the whole article if you get a chance. So many straight lines, so little time...

"Even in the best of times, Kerry's face hung droopy and funereal,...."
Yeah, I noticed that.

What is the over/under in months before Tereza Ferreira shows Kerry the door?

It's a funny title for a man who has been in the Senate for so long.

Kerry was in the Senate before he was in the Senate

It's taken him 22 years to "adjust" to his senate job and they still wonder why he wasn't elected (selected) president.

Only two colleagues attended his announcement, Senator Edward Kennedy, a fellow Massachusetts Democrat, and the Senate majority leader, Harry Reid of Nevada (another, Senator Ken Salazar, Democrat of Colorado, walked in late). Can this guy be any more pathetic?

Kerry seems all the more isolated now. . . .
JF'nK: "Hey, guys! Wait up! Wait for me!"
Durbin: "Do you hear anything? I don't hear anything."
Murray: "Nah, I don't hear anything either. Keep walking."

In 22 Senate years, he's taken part in day to day activity less than 25 percent of the session days.

"Kerry has sought counsel from Kennedy, who himself returned to the Senate after a bitter primary defeat and went on to have a storied career as a lawmaker..." and who has done immeasurable damage to the nation. What a great role model for Kerry, who brings new meaning to the term pathetic loser.

Another great quote from the article:
"Kerry and his surrogates always emphasize how warmly he is still received whenever he ventures out of Washington. "John was treated like a rock star in Switzerland," said Senator Patrick Leahy, Democrat of Vermont, who traveled to Davos, Switzerland, with Kerry and other colleagues last month for the World Economic Forum."

Oh, BARF!!! Yeah, no freakin' kidding he's warmly received, that's because by "ventures out of Washington", they mean "trips to visit his Euroweenie buddies where he trashes the U.S." America's traitors are always welcome among America's haters.

...said David Thorne, the twin brother of Kerry's late first wife, Julia Thorne, and his closest friend. Jahn Qerry has friends of the American persuasion? Who knew? I mean, if you count "friends" such as Al Qaeda, Socialists, EuroTrash, gun-grabbers, North Vietnamese, and the Iranian mullahs.
