I was referring to this section:

2. Develop a system of independent living and assisted living that increases the years in which people can be on their own and in most cases enables people to live their entire lives with freedom and dignity;

The last thing I want is the Feds doing any more assisting in my life.

I agree. But he doesn't actually say he wants a federal program for that. But, yeah...it's not really a matter for the federal government, and we need to keep the feds (and government at all levels, for that matter) from interfering in any more areas of our lives.
