Actually they give them to charity, who distribute them in third world holes. There are a lot of Buffalo Bills/Utah Jazz etc. world championship shirts being worn in Africa.

Whenever I've been in third world countries, it's always amazed me the number of NFL T-Shirts there are. The Raiders are all over the place.
