This is a campus radio station. Why does the governor suddenly care about its programming right after he's in power?
For background, Morgan State University is a state university which has predominately black students. O'Malley is a Democrat. He beat Republican governor, Bob Ehrlich, last November.

Why does the governor suddenly care about its programming right after he's in power?Becasue it'sa state university, and now that he is in state office he can do something about it. As Mayor, he had no power over the sttion. Now he does. It's called funding.
