With 45+ minute car chases being a matter of routine and a monster 36 hour traffic jam during the Rita evacuation (much of it centered within the outer borders of Harris County) due to poor communication, there is no doubt that Houston is an easy target. There are also some choice targets but I won't list them.
Any terrorists are more likely to be stopped in the act in Houston if they are also drawing graffiti on walls, smoking in public, or running red lights.
Thanks for the ping, weegee. I saw the report on TV and I think this reporter did a good job. He was thinking outside the box which is exactly what Atta and his crew did prior to 9/11.
