Apparently, a Maryland pol was trying to make this vaccine mandatory too, but, changed her mind, lol.

IIRC, several states are debating whether this vaccine should be mandatory.

Don't know; but I'll say this...I have no idea whether a Governor can be recalled in Texas as 'Gray-Out' Davis was in California, but this would seem to be an "Impeachable Offense" - given the monetary donation connections.

It sure looks like a "quid pro quo", to be polite...
