No. Your medical distinctions are severely confused. A pathogen is cured by killing it off as it attacks. Since cancer is a genetic mutation rather than a pathogen, a "cure" for cancer would be the elimination of its incidence. Once cancer has occured though, the medical solution is not to "cure" it but to either remove it if possible or drive it into remission.
