They both have a great sense of humor
btt!!
Lol!
I wish Dubya's sense of humor came across more often. He is a good man, with a good sense of humor and a basic humility that makes him endearing.
LOL great post! I've always said I would have enjoyed partying with Dubya during the early years.
Brit Hume had this as the funny item at the end of his program.
That was wonderful. GW is a very nice man.
Great sense of humor, and an endearing humility. So different than the self-important dems like Kerry.
Speaking of Kerry, last night C-SPAN was re-showing the recent Anti-American Economic Summit in Davos, and Kerry was there pontificating about the Middle East. Apparently he was the first non-Arab celebrity to meet with Mahmoud Abbas after he was inaugurated as head of the so-called Palestinian Authority. Kerry seemed to be asserting that if he had been president at that time, he would have been able to solve the whole Israeli-Palestinian problem, and it was just such a tragedy for all concerned that he hadn't been elected. In short, as usual, everything is Bush's fault.
Even worse than that, Kerry is such a creature of ego that he really seems to think that if only it had been him at the bargaining table running things, all would be good.
He gives himself way too much credit. It's one thing to support Kerry. It's another thing entirely to really think he is the difference between success and failure with the Israel/PA problem.
I concur with you.
