Global Warming or as it is also now known Climate Change is entirely 100% political. Global warming, the physical reality might be as much as 25% manmade.

The questions are not formulated correctly. The matter is legal, not scientific. Not that we have a clue about scientific models anyway, but they don't matter.
I would bet that 90% of the lurkers have not yet separated Global Warming from global warming. We can make little sense of the Democrat Party stance on this or the UN or France unless we see that the Treaty is an entity unto itself and has nothing to do with science.
