What form is it that's mentioned in the Newsday article as being filed this past Wednesday? Any idea? Probably an amended version of the first form they filed already. It won't replace the first form on the FEC site, it will just be listed there in addition. The fact that Giuliani first filed for his run for President without specifying a party will still remain and anyone will be able to go look it up.
