Do you really think a neon sign looks like a bomb? Aren't you asking yourself why only one city of nine that the signs were hung in panicked? The signs weren't intended to create a scare, nor would they in any reasonable person. You are buying the MSM's story hook, line, and sinker.
Should the same happen to people who post wood signs on the side of the road if someone happens to fall into an unreasonable panic when they see it (remembering the Unibomber's MO)? This is a freaking witch hunt.
If those wooden signs obviously contain electronic parts, wires, and batteries and are attached by magnets to steel bridge girders then yes.
