I am watching CPAC on TV...(with the sound off ;-) LOL) and listening to RUSH...(sound on)...and FReep Reading...as I rest up from shovelling 18 freakin inches of HARD WET snow off my driveway last night...only to awaken to 5 more inches on it today LOL! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh Global Warming at its finest ;-)

I just heard Mitt Romney speak for the first time (a campaign speech)...
It was okay...
I saw Rudy earlier...and Rudy is a very spontaneous speaker, which makes him more enjoyable...
ALL I am doing is listening to ALL of the candidates..and I refuse to get into any arguments over them at this point.
I hope you do take it easy...

I just heard Mitt Romney...but the itty bitty one was needing a book read about that time...and I haven't ever heard his campaign speech before, so I am not ready to give an opinion yet.
I was pinged by someone that told me that Duncan Hunter's speech that was given before the coverage started today...will have his speech rerun tonight at 8:00 PM.
I will watch that...for sure.

Like you, I am just listening and paying attention, and not making up my mind or getting into fights.
I've had a set back and have no idea why. I had to sleep sitting up last night in order to breathe. Maybe the congestion is breaking up === I don;t know, but I'm going to try to nap soon.
YOu didnt ask ME, but I will give you some unsolicited medical advice for that "crap" in your lungs. :-)
Drink 6 to 8 ounces of tomato juice OR V-8 juice with TWENTY drops of tobasco in it..and some lemon and garlic also if you like...but the 20 drops of tobasco is mandatory.(Vodka Optional) LOL
A Pulmonary Doc taught me that trick YEARS ago, and it always works within about 24 hours :-)
ALSO...Chicken soup made by boiling the WINGS (they are cheap and are LOADED with all the good stuff you need to fight colds) Cook that with LOADS of onion and garlic, pepper, celery,bay leaf, simmer for at least an hour (I usually do it for about 3)...strain and drink the broth (it also freezes great!) Use the meat on the wings for chicken sandwiches :-) FEEL BETTER FAST!!!!!!!

My rib cage did not hurt and I did not cough up blood.
But I had to sleep sitting up which I knew wasn't a good thing.
I read what Bahbah posted to you...and I was going to add that my daughter in law had the same thing.
She was sick for a few weeks...felt better for a few days, but then got worse...she DID have pneumonia.
I know you don't want to go to a hospital..but, please think about if this continues!!
DrO and I are discussing this very thing --- but neither of us have the accompanying fever.
The other thing people forget about, especially this time of year, is the DRY houses due to furnace heat...if you have a cold mist humidifier, USE IT! ALSO...dehydration is rampant, so make certain you drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (THAT is just to keep EVEN) drink more if youa re coughing/runny nose etc...
Increasing your intake ov Zinc and Magnesium will also help some folks. the REST gig is huge as well....naps are great! :-) And if youa re typical of most of us...take a DEEP BREATH and ALLOW others to wait on YOU for a change :-)
