While you were enjoying "24" last night...I was watching this witch Louise Slaughter, totally be dismissive of Rep. Sam Johnson.

She treated all of the Reps like they were two year olds having a tantrum...

Anyway...I also heard a historian from Missouri on with Rusty Humphries last night..and he was talking about the Civil War in the USA...and he said he found it amusing that Obama likened himself to Lincoln..and that he was promoting that "Lincoln freed the slaves"...

But, the Obama, in the same speech, said "NO" to freeing Iraqis from their oppression.

He also mentioned that though 3000+ troops are sadly gone in this war....that the Civil War, that ended with the emancipation of NONE of Obama's relatives...cost 834,000 American lives.

She just said al-Qaida was not in Iraq before we went there. LIAR

I wish one of the talking heads would call her that

Power Line has a new word for the nonsense that Obama spouts...Obamanations.

I like it.

I hope I haven't missed Sam Johnson.

No they are just debating the "rules"...the actual parade of speeches hasn't started yet.

Yes, thank you very much.

It was really interesting yesterday trying to follow along with the testimony, but I confess that I really needed the analysis on the other sites to get a grasp of what was happening.

I am amazed at the special consideration being given to Andrea Mitchell. She is essentially being given a chance to "rehearse" her testimony, before she might actually have to testify. I have never heard of such a thing.

Are you going to start today's thread??

What shocked me was that part that I didn't read during yesterday's testimony, that Armitage said that it was JOE WILSON that was calling all over Washington to tell everyone who his wife was...

Are you going to start today's thread??

I hadn't thought of it. Is Starwise not doing it any longer?

I discovered if you do the thing all alone, you are absolutely tied to the computer. I could start it if some others could jump in to simply check firedog and copy and paste the updates. What do you think?

I you could get it started...I will see what I can do...

Star said she will be tied up all week.

I might be able to see if Enchante, or one of the other regulars want to do it..

Don't worry...if you just start it...I will take care of making sure it is kept up.

I'm starting to think it was something she ate at the party or one of the other kids was sick and didn't say anything .. since no one else in my house came down with what she had .. the other 2 just have colds

She went to a birthday party Saturday and it was after then, that she started puking non stop ... she couldn't even keep down just plain water

BTW ... you should have seen the house the birthday party was at

I never knew this development was there .. and as we were walking up the drive way, I told Carly that she best mind her manners but good *L*

This house was HUGE and beautiful .. but not very kid friendly and the mother was in waaaaay over her head by inviting 18 6yr. old girls to the party ..

Carly was telling me they were allowed to play in the living room and I asked her .. which one *L*

LOL..Were you tempted to ask for a tour of the house?? I would have been, hehe.

There is no telling what combination of "junk" she could have had at the party...plus the excitement added to it.

Yeah...I noticed that Slaughter had Sestak be her closer...

Nothing like hearing an Iraq war vet telling the country that the troops that are still in Iraq don't deserve any help with their mission.
