IIRC, all mayors have attended the INNER CIRCLE every year.

Chicago has a similar event.

Until quite recently, the general public had NO idea that these events even took place, let alone who was there or what took place at them.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if he attended every year or if all mayors did. But, I do recall seeing it on the news and it was all in fun.
