"Osama Obama" is a famous gaffe made by Ted Kennedy a short while back. It's use on FR tends to be to deride both Kennedy and Obama, not linking Obama to a terrorist in any way.

My apologies, didn't know Ted Kennedy made that comment - makes more sense now - I don't pay much attention to Ted Kennedy anyways!
