Remember the I-10 shootout? How could I forget it? Same day Vicente Fox came to town, and the same day as the special election to raise property taxes "to keep the Maricopa Burn Unit open for Officer Schecterle", disguising the fact that it was actually to provide free medical care for illegal aliens.

I don't specifically remember execution-style killings along the river, but I do recall the occasional unidentified body showing up in the desert here and there with a bullet-hole in the head now and again.
