Sorry, it is a fact. Can you give me an example of where anyone making multiple purchases of cell phones here in the US has been found guilty of any terrorist-related activity because of that purchase? Several people last year were arrested in a fit of hysteria, but no one was convicted of anything.

Are these friends of yours buying the phones?

Yeah, where I come from, it's called "scalping" and don't do it in front of Madison Square Garden if you don't want to get hauled off to jail.
