A unilateral carbon tax against the USA is, IMO, a declaration of WAR.

The whole Kyoto treaty is a socialist conspiracy to make the world into a global socialist society for the re-distribution of wealth.
Let's just cut off all trade with France. Done.
My worry is, if we get a Dim President, he (or the anointed Clinton) will give in and force KYOTO down our throats. Then the liberal stuffed courts will side with the President and our economy will be ruined.
