Thanks for the kudos Conor. I see on your home page that you reside in Maryland. Is Biden your senator? Saw where someone tagged him as "Plugs Unplugged" yesterday. lol

Thanks for posting this awesome essay Aqua. It's always a pleasure. When I'm working on the presentation I read the essay several times so think I get the most out of it.

Thank you both. I have slipped by this post for ages and never bothered to look at it. JH2's name caught my eye last night. I will try to catch up on the posts later... if I survive the day. My g-kids are home from school because of a dusting....yes, a literal dusting... maybe 8 flakes deep, of snow. (Gotta love the south)

Good Morning Jaycee, glad you enjoyed the essay.
Billie made that pledge back when she featured me at The Finest a few years ago, it's a graphic of a painting (Enduring) that I own by a favorite artist. You may have heard of the artist, Jim Gray, he resides in the Gatlinburg area and paints that lovely area of Tennessee. No wonder you liked it. ;)
Here's his website if you'd like to look at more of his work - Jim Gray Gallery

Thanks Aqua, I will be checking the Jim Gray Gallery! By the way on my break, I scrambled 2 eggs, had 2 pieces oven toast with strawberry preserves. Yummmmmmmmm! Has been snowing here and has stopped at the moment. The weather man has been warning us of a couple of icy, snowy days. Its nice if you don't have to go anywhere but I always have something to do in the car........it will have to wait!

Good Morning. I was pleased with the way the prayer post came together. Sometimes as I'm sure you're well aware a post can fight you, then sometimes they just fall into place. Maybe it has something to do with the emotions involved. :)

Woke up to about 4 inches of snow here in the North Ga mountains. It was beautiful but it's already starting to melt and that's alright by me. lol

Like I said before we have featured JH2's essay's here for years but don't usually have his name in the title. I titled the thread that way this time because his original title was so long it wouldn't work in the FR Article Posting forum. It worked out well since a few of you were able to find his essay again. Maybe we should make it a rule to post it that way from now on.

Biden is from Delaware. "My" senators, and I use the word "my" loosely, are Barbara Mikulski and Benjamin Cardin, both of who I voted against.

The snow has turned to an icy rain and they are predicting 1/4" of ice. I sure hope they are wrong!

I scrambled 2 eggs, had 2 pieces oven toast with strawberry preserves. That sounds good, you need a good breakfast on a day like this.
but I always have something to do in the car........it will have to wait!
I agree, it's best to wait until the temperature warms up.
