"a package"
It was a lite brite with a cartoon character flipping the bird.
If I get one of these and put it in the front yard, should I expect a visit from the local police or ATF?

These things were wrapped up in packages. One under an overpass, two on bridges, one in the basement of a university building.
I'm guessing that you live in Cowpie County and don't give a rip about Boston MA. How about some of these funny jokers come out to your land and leave some packages near your house or leave some on the road that your kids' school bus travels on? Real funny, huh? What a hoot.
One of my friends has been crying all day. She went right under that overpass to take her kids to school. Ages 7,4,2.
That's a sidesplitter.
p.s. Next time just read the link. The omnipotent thing doesn't seem to work for you.
