She said she'd support Rudy if he changed his position on abortion, guns, and ... (what was the last one...??)

Whats does his stance on guns and abortion on the state level have to with the national level? he(Rudy) supported Both Roberts and Alito... It's a no brainer, Rudy is FOR states rights, exactly what we want.

Yeah, I'd have to go with either Romney or McCain if Gingrich doesn't run. I won't vote for Rudy because he's pro-abortion.

I was waiting to see who all would be mentioned...and of course, the MSM pets are the only ones mentioned.

Too bad...

Of the 4 mentioned, I was waiting for her to say who her actual favorite was.

Of those four, I'd pick Romney too. Newt is way past his expiring date and has too much baggage. Romney's past is patchy, but at least he's acting conservative now. Romney over Newt on electability.

Guns, "gay rights," and abortion.

While I'm not totally sold on Romney, his speech on Iran last week was absolutely awesome.

Brownback seems good, but he has zero chance, and his pandering on the Iraq question has caused me to seriously question if I would even vote for him if he was the candidate...he seems like a snake.

How about Mitt Romney/Zell Miller in 2008?

That might work. Of course, Zell would have to agree to vote the president's way on all senate ties.

...I won't vote for Rudy because he's pro-abortion.

And since the Democrats will run a pro-abortion candidate... what would you do then?

You are joking right? Or trolling? The Attorney General of the United States can, alongside a Presidential EO or policy position statement, change the BATF's policy on the 2nd amendment being a individual or collective right, at the stroke of a pen.

Anyway, Bill O'Reilly is now pimping for Botox injections, he's gone beyond parody of political news, directly into the land of legalized talking head prostitution.

If y'all listened carefully....she qualified her preference by saying 'of the four mentioned'...she liked Romney best....

..that's leaving a lot of wiggle room, IMO!

Sadly charisma and looks are an important factor in our political system. Romney, unlike many of the GOP contenders, has this. So does Obama.

Ann Coulter isn't the only conservative pundit who admires Romney. Victor Davis Hanson had this to say in October:

The Hoover Institution has been hosting Presidential hopefuls. The latest visitor was Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney who spoke to, and received questions from, the Senior Fellows yesterday. For about one hour, he heard some tough inquiries, answered without notes, kept his cool, and talked analytically rather than in platitudes. I was impressed, and came away thinking that being a conservative governor in Massachusetts must have sharpened his debating skills and given him insights about dealing with the therapeutic mindset. I don’t know what he thought of us, but most of us thought him quite impressive.

Now VDH is apparently one of Romney's Foreign Policy Advisors .

Mark Steyn also appears to favor Romney.

It's a no brainer, Rudy is FOR states rights, exactly what we want.

How does that stop Rudy from signing social liberal legislation passed by the social liberal Dem Congress (hate crimes, anti-gun laws etc) or from implementing or advancing the gay agenda (homosexual military service, veto of the marriage amendment etc)?

He's a lawyer. His definition of a "state issue" will be nuanced, to say the least.
