I already told him, the tragedy had nothing to do with evacuation plans or leadership. Nobody, including the architect, planned to have commercial planes, loaded with jet fuel, deliberately crash into the building. The fire protection/containment systems and structural integrity were defeated.
I know, but he appears to be an obsessive compulsive, who can't do anything but repeat the same weird thing over and over again. *shrugs*
