Update: I just received a letter from our local (51rst District) NY State Senator, James Seward (R).

Good work. Only that Kirsten will be of NO help, I can tell you already. She ran in Upstate NY and Bubba came to campaign for her--she won, too (not even being from that part of the state). I'm sure she's owing the Bubbas big-time now.
