This question is for anyone knowledgeable about DC: Is the Arlington Memorial Bridge handicap accessible? Does it have curb "cutouts" for wheelchairs? Some "mobility-challenged" folks are considering using that bridge to travel to/from the GOE rally.

I would say yes, just because of the location and the upgrades for ADA compliance, but I don't know for certain.
I do remember sidewalk work being underway when we were there last May..but again, I don't absolutely know for a fact...but they probably do.
