How come "gatheringofeagles" is not in the "Popular Keywords" list in the upper right hand corner of the forum?

How come "gatheringofeagles" is not in the "Popular Keywords" list in the upper right hand corner of the forum? I have no idea. How do "Popular Keywords" get chosen?
