It was quite common (years ago) for deeds to prohibit sale to members of the "Negro Race" as well as members of the "Hebrew Race".

You can no longer get such clauses enforced in court so they are meaningless.

I know that they are unenforcable but still embarassing, especially from a blowhard like Biden.
