Exactly. Some people want a kleptocracy like Chavez' Venezuela. I keep meeting Venezuelans here in the UK who have escaped his regime and want to live somewhere a bit more sane. However with Blair and Cameron (Blair Lite) I hasten to add that it is only a 'bit' more sane.
