Yea, MSRP of $20,000 then add on dealers BS fees and price bidding (thats what happens around here) and you're easily up into the $25,000 (the $26,000 is what the guy quoted). You're not saying that the only bike that can keep up with the VROD is a Suzuki Haybusa, are you?
The Suzuki may have been somewhat modded, just an I4. Somewhat like an old Yamaha XS 1100.

What I am saying is that if his guy put his up against an older(?)suzuki Boulevard street cruiser he should have easily beat it. Sounds like the guy didn't know how to launch and or shift was his biggest problem...
