Someone I know worked at a home for delinquent girls in the city where I live. She was one of the few staff working and living with the girls who was not a lesbian. The lesbians were there for the same reason that gay male pedophiles become scoutmasters. When a scandal arose related to this, some of the lesbians took the rehab route. I had a chance to speak with the director and asked him if the situation was not like having the fox guard the hen house. He didn't deny there was a problem but said that he couldn't discriminate in hiring on the basis of sexual orientation.
It wasn't this bad in Brave New World - at least in that book the adults left the kids alone.
I have been told similar stories about shelters for women escaping domestic violence. I know of women trapped in brutal marriages who are simply terrified of going to these Women's Shelters because of aggressive lesbians. One woman, who still had a teenage daughter at home said she was even more afraid for her daughter.
This mom simply left the abuser and has worked low level jobs to support the two of them and has finally saved enough money to file for divorce. She planned her move in every detail, including changing the combination on his gun safe and disposing of all the ammunition in the house beforehand.
The world is much more violent and dangerous today than I remember in any time in the past 60+ years. Yet,so many single women and young people continue to back the Progressives in elections. I just don't understand it.
