You know Dave, if I didn't know better I'd swear that you almost get a woody from coming into these threads and p*ssing all over Duncan Hunter.
You might be right. I'm still pissed at the Republicans for pissing away congress and now you guys are attempting to piss away the Presidency by running someone that has absolutely no chance of winning (unless Hillary gets caught having sex with a horse the day before the election).

First of all Dave, your lack of faith in the credentials of a true conservative like Duncan Hunter is troubling. Let me tell you the story of a past Republican candidate that had enough money to damn near buy his own State, he had name recognition throughout the entire United States, had good looks, a tremendous orator, and as a former Democrat, had the potential to pull votes from everywhere. He spent more money than any other candidate and went to the GOP convention that year with a grand total of 1 (ONE) delegate, nicknamed the "11 million dollar delegate".

His name?

Former Texas Governor John Connally.

Think of it. He was there when JFK was struck down, and yet survived his wounds. He had served as Secretary of the Navy under JFK before being elected Governor of Texas, later served as Secretary of the Treasury under Nixon, became a Republican in 1973, and by every law of political logic, he should have been a strong contender for the GOP nomination in 1980 (of course some guy named Ronald Reagan had quite a head start), but if you looked at the political balance sheet, you would see Reagan with his actual electoral experience limited to being Governor of California, while Connally had been Governor of Texas, Secretaries of not one but TWO Cabinet Departments, if one was looking at experience, Connally had it.

So what happened?

The voters decided they liked the conservatism and the style of Ronald Reagan, and 44 states later, he was President of the United States.

And Duncan Hunter was there, arriving in Washington with Ronald Reagan, and his conservative credentials are in my opinion, above reproach.

So Dave, consider putting aside your resentment and anger at Republicans for losing the Congress, what is done is done.

Duncan Hunter is a good candidate, he has the national security experience to serve as Commander In Chief, and that is why this ping list keeps growing.

Quite frankly Dave, if you don't like Duncan Hunter, fine.

Why not find a ping list for YOUR favorite candidate (or if one doesn't exist, start one), and go post some positive comments and ideas about THAT guy? That would be more productive than your persistent pissing on everyone on THIS ping list.

I'm trying to be nice about this Dave, but your anti-Hunter sneers are becoming more troll like with every post you make to this list. How about cutting us some slack eh?

If you guys cant defend your candidate from me and Howlin and others, what are you going to do in the real world when you have to convince someone to vote for Duncan Hunter that doesnt pay attention until a week or two before the election?

Maybe if you guys just talked about what is new and what your candidate is doing and saying instead of posting all this "the MSM media is very afraid" or even Dem strategists admit that Hunter could be a strong candidate. That kind of stupidity just screams for a slap down. When your guy gets up to even fifteen percent maybe you can get away with that. But in single digits or less, its silly and I will call you on it whenever I see it. Bye I got work todo.
