Think about Tom DeLay. He has been accused of nothing, yet forced to resign. These dems should all be in jail. I can't stand any of them.

10 years in Jail?

I bet he'll be spinning this one fast tomorrow, amending his ethics disclosure reports ....AGAIN ...... OOOPS!

Seriously, if this is true, I think his goose is cooked.
If I'm GW, I take the AG to lunch tomorrow and have a little private chat!!!

People think the IRS is bad... just run afoul of ERISA and the fires of hell will rain down on your head.

Then we get the Senate back. Small victory but still sweet.

under ERISA rules, yes -- a $1 million fine, and 10 years in jail, or both.

I hope he gets both, but he'll probably get neither - Rush, Hannity, Brit Hume and company need to put this front and center in the news.

This story actually made it on the front page of our paper today. Last week the Bullhead City Mohave County supervisor was defending him and his bridge.

I don't think it was Bullhead City. I think it was out toward Pahrump. It's all in the G-Sting Chronicles.

Read through the whole thing and there is something about the tortoise in there.

Princess Leah, that my daughters name!

Any way, I think members of the house and senate need to start pounding Reid on this every day until hes taken away in cuffs or resigns.

That may be what it will take. We may have to embarrass the law to get them to go after the big dog and do their job.

Which piece of property is this Hildy? Coming up 95 on the Arizona side from I40 where would it be located?

That is a hopeful sign. It's important to remember, Jim Wright was run out of Congress for less than this.

Let's face it. The news media is not going to care about this because it is a Democrat. If this were about a Republican he would have already been forced out of office and into hiding.

I'm sure we'll hear all about this on the front page of The New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, and on all of the evening news casts. I wonder if they will devote a week or two of coverage to it as they did Mark Foley.

The Valerie Plame story has been going on for years. I wonder if this will get the same attention.......

"Oh Sorry. I was talking about his second land scam - not this new one. I thought you were posting about that one. The one I'm talking about is the partnership scam in Nevada."

When I read the title of this thread that's what I thought as well. When I started reading I couldn't believe he had done it again. This guy seems to be very crooked, and he just does it with impunity. It must be nice to be a politician who is above the law. I suppose it helps to be a member of the party the media turns a blind eye to when it comes to bad ethics, criminality, and hypocrisy.

I really hate to write this, but IMHO, Dingy Dirty Harry will walk away scott free.

The Donks won't punish one of their own. We learned that lesson with William Jefferson, Democrat, Louisiana.

The leaves the Pubbies. And they won't 'cause they lack even minuscule cojones.

A shame.
