Call me shocked that PBS would air this. Somebody must have got their wires crossed because it is certainly unlike PBS to run a show such as this. Awesome show.
Haven't actually checked the show credits to verify this, but it's always appeared to me that both Frontline and Frontline World (single subject documentary and multiple subject "news magazine" shows respectively) largely use guest producers (I suspect often the lead reporters themselves) who vary from show to show.
Thus these shows can be, and often are, even usually are, highly biased, but at other times are fair and hard-hitting. It's hit and miss, but at least there are some hits.
