"click-and-drool idiot"

Did I strike a chord of a little stammering fat nerd that smell like sour milk and wrinkled clothing? Comb your hair twinkie boy and get a job where men speak of great things rather than working in the basement with a mop.

My my. Such invective.

You really shouldn't take yourself so seriously. I know I don't take you seriously.

Well.....Gates is in sell mode....

$249.99

I'll wait for Windows Sile.

1 of 26 New Egg Reviews!

Pros: Some interesting features they took from OSX with file management and menus.

Cons: Microsoft should fire their programmers. I beta tested for the last 8 months in hope the final would fix the whole structure, but it didn't. Every background process (and there are about 3x as many as XP) uses as much ram and cpu as possible. It's like they came up with all these new looks and ideas and tossed them together and didn't bother to test the integrity of it all. The Areo effect is lame (look at XGL in comparison). And 64bit version is useless for now.

Other Thoughts: Boot time with E6600.. almost 2 mins. with XP, 12 seconds. with linux, 8 seconds. I say maybe wait for Service Pack 2 or 3 to bother.

_______________

XP is fine for me.

Thanks for the Link. Vista is a performance disaster at this time.

IT LOOKS LIKE Microsoft's unhackable OS activation malware has been hacked.

Vista activation cracked by brute force.
