I just posted this on another thread:

Is it just me, or is there something wrong with thinking that when two officials of the same administration discuss something like this, i.e., Plame, that is NOT leaking?

It sounds to me like Ari is the one who drew first blood.

Seems like there was a lot of reading and talking going on with that plane trip where someone left that memo lying around. (I haven't bothered working hard to keep track of details since this turned into broad farce...)

If she's not covered by the Covert Personnel statute, isn't this more like drawing 'first lymph'??? LOL

But Libby has worked both sides of lots of aisles, he has enemies that are more secret than Mrs. Wilson, I would suspect. ;-)

Ari was leaving White House, and as one who regularly "talked" to reporters he had every reason and every right to request immunity from overzealous prosecutor in exchange for testimony (i.e., he pulled "an Ollie").

His testimony didn't give anything to prosecution that we didn't already know from documents and other witnesses - Libby KNEW Plame's identity when he talked to him, so what? Fitz is trying to crime-monger this to the jury, and it keeps backfiring at every turn because defense keeps successfully hammering at his witnesses' memory and recollections.
