Lady, your persistence in proclaiming your doctorate degree is tiresome. You have a doctorate degree in government? Great. I'm very happy for you. However, I suspect its fair to say a lot of us aren't impressed. So let me be clear - I have a bachelors degree, a masters, and a jurist doctorate. This combination of degrees allows me to teach at the third ranked university (among the 130 or so that have masters level programs) in the south. Yet, somehow, in the years I've posted on Free Republic, not once have I seen the need to loudly proclaim these credentials.

You, on the other hand, have managed to mention you have a doctorate (in a questionable field, mind you) on every thread you've appeared. You've made ridiculous claims as to how your program only accepts the top 1 to 2% of the public intelligence wise, and yet I would confidently place my scores on any standardized test (GRE, LSAT, ACT, whatever) against yours, for the time I've worked in higher education has allowed me to see how lax some standards in doctorate programs truly are.

So, in summation, while you sometimes manage you deliver a good point regarding the failure of government schools, your obnoxious nature and inability to relate to your fellow man tends to reduce your threads to the jokes they become.

I took your advice and looked at her posting history. You summation of it is quite accurate.

BTW, I doubt that she will be impressed by your JD (nor mine...did I mention I graduated magna cum laude?), as you did not have to take Calculus III (whatever that is) to earn the degree, and therefore you have not taken one of the core courses necessary to determine your true intelligence (apparently).

How did this come about?

In the beginning I was asked about my educational background, and I responded with the truth. (It was in response to being mockingly called a chiropractor). If you review these many threads, you will see that most often I am not the person that brings up the topic of my personal educational credentials, others do in an attempt to denigrate me personally.

If you also review the threads, you will see that many Freepers draw upon their personal work experience to make a point. It is for certain that ***teachers***do. You have in this post as well. Although I have not revealed my profession ( for personal safety reasons) I too do the same.

I see that you are not reticent to proclaim your high standing in the academic world or accomplishment. Should I declare you obnoxious?

So...Since you feel that my profession is of "questionable", what can I do to show that it is not "questionable". If I gave you the exact work that I do, someone with evil intentions could easily track me. I can only state that it is a profession that requires many more years of formal education after a bachelors degree than teaching. Only those ranking in the top 1 or 2% of intelligence are accepted, or could manage the massive academic work load. Admission to any of the professional schools is highly competitive.

I do not have a doctorate in government. I work with patients.

By the way, congratulations for you high standing in the academic world. This is an admirable accomplishment, and I would not call it "questionable".
