Yeah, it's a tight little World in Washington, D.C. People cover for each other, because they don't want to lose their positions of power and wealth.

Sandy Berger worked for Hogan & Hartson as the lawyer/lobbyist for trade with China. That's before he became National Security Advisor, a job for which he had no obvious qualifications.
