Since you're asking for sources could you provide a source for stating that Guiliani wants to return the abortion issue to the states?

I keep seeing it posted by Rudy boosters, but no one seems to be able to provide any factual basis for it.

I am here for the same reason most of us are here. We are social conservatives who are opposed to abortion, partial birth abortion, stem cell research, amnesty to illegal border invaders, the homosexual agenda, and gun control. Name one of those that agrees with Rudy Giussolini.
