A lot of these people are celebrating because they think they're going to get back land and/or houses they or their families left behind all those years ago. They're going to be very disappointed.
They hold no illusions about that, they are going to be celebrating the fact that finally families won't be separated by Fidel's regime, as they have for the past 40 years.
