I wish that I could have somehow made it all the way to D.C. and back, but that wasn't possible.
That said, most "conservatives" are concerned with illegal immigration (money) and other issues (money, television, beer,...). I've seen firsthand, as most local Republicans/liberaltarians avoided a "Support Our Troops" rally to attend an anti-illegal-immigration rally (money).
The enemy in the War on Terror is patient and even follows a religion of patient, guerrilla warfare (nothing new--no counter-pro-intel-turbo-scalable-enterprise BS). Given the lack of our nation's will to avoid underestimating the enemy fight, we're in for some painful lessons in the near future. ...unless our President can pull even more unprecedented success out of his pool of strategic skills.
It is about time the American people woke the hell up and quit blaming everything on President Bush and expecting him to handle every dang detail of wars...at home and abroad!
When the communists manage to facilitate a Vietnam redux we won't have to worry about money, TV or beer!
