I predict that within 5 years there will be an 'incident' at one of these rallies exploiting the OBVIOUS intimidation the 'protesters' are able to exert on the capital hill police.

If you are a bomber trying to take a shot at national monument on global media, why bother with road blocks, and barriers, and barricades when you can 'melt into a crowd' that is going to be allowed to get right onto the capital steps?

Yes, literally on the steps, climbing on statues... thats how far they were 'allowed' to go.
