Priest was Walter Pincus' cowriter. Mary McCarthy was fired, so we are told, for leaking info on "secret prisons" to Priest. she may hae leaked more and probably did.

she is married to William Goodfellow, executive director of the "Center for International Policy" [CIP]. The Center's mission? It seems to be a very left-leaning organization founded by old peace activists.
