My definition of "Homophobia"

HOMOPHOBIA - The perfectfully natural fear of behavior that is patently unnatural.

...and of what such licenciousness is going to do to our children's future, and of what kind of terible judgment such abominations are going to bring on our country from a Righteous, Angry God.

I refuse to use that term even in its proper context as you have done.. I am not "afraid" of homosexuality any more than I am afraid of dog poop on my living room rug.. but they both disgust and sicken me.. this doesn't come from fear on my part but because they are both unsightly and unsanitary. and the dog poop IS natural...

"HOMOPHOBIA"

This is a PC frankenword cobbled together from the Greek `phobos' (fear) and the slang `homo' for `homosexual'

But since Greek `homos' actually means `the same', combining it with `phobos' equals a term which correctly parsed comes out as:

"Homophobia: an irrational fear of those who share the same qualities as oneself."

As for me, I'm not afraid of other conservative, heterosexual, gun owning FReeper veterans.
