I went to visit my grandmother in assisted living about a year ago and I had some question for the staff, (I forget what it was now). Anyway, I went to ask a well dressed woman who appeared to be in her mid-fifties and discovered that she was one of the residents. I never did find out why she was there, but it was a bit of a shock all the same.
