What was the guy doing with a frozen pig's head, anyway?

They're really good baked with a brown sugar glaze.

Actually, a century ago, when the US was a more agrarian society, many a farmboy grew up eating Scrapple.

Scrapple Recipe

Set oven on medium heat.
Place pig's head on rack in oven.
Place baking dish below rack to catch drippings.
Once all the meat has dripped off the head into the pan, remove from oven.
Mix drippings in pan with corn meal to a thick consistency.
Spoon mixture into bread pans (or large coffee can works great) and allow to cool in refrigerator.
Slice into approx. one-inch slices and fry slices in skillet until golden brown on each side.
Serve with maple syrup and a tall glass of cold milk.

Yum.
