I think Muslim only washrooms are actually good.
Two years ago we had an Afghan imigrant working in our building. He would sit on the counter in the restroom and wash his feet in the sink. He would also hang his butt over the sink and wash it after doing his business. Nobody wanted to use the sink after he left. He's gone now, thankfully.
