But the Global Swarmers have never been much different that religious fanatics. They will ignore this body of evidence, and disqualify it.

There is little man can do about Global warming except sit back and enjoy it. Yet we are forced to placate a bunch of chicken little freaks who wish to rearrange our body politic based on their delusions.

No wonder so many ufo's are monitoring us..its not our weapons development, its the heat leaking out the planets roof! Maybe you can only fold space and time below a certain temperature? Or possibly the galaxy is shaped like a potato chip, and the heat and humidty leaching out of our system is making it stale or soggy?

I like your imagery, but as far as galactic effects are concerned, Earth is like a mouse in a mansion for its ability to contribute heat to the exterior.

The Sun would still be the preeminent source of energy for the system.

The only way in which we contribute anything noticeable is in the radio spectrum. In that "light", we are radio bright. What that may mean to a star-faring civilization is only conjecture, but it could mean, "Here there be savages."

Sun's Activity Increased in Past Century, Study Confirms

"During the last few decades, the solar activity is not increasing. It has stabilized at a high level, but the Earth's climate still shows a tendency toward increasing temperatures," Usoskin explained.

He suspects even if there were a link between the Sun's activity and global climate, other factors must have dominated during the last few decades, including the increase of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere."
